· How can I place an order and make payment? You may place your retail order online twenty-four hours, seven days a week. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as E-checks through PayPal. For more specifics on ordering, check out our Catalog.
· When can I expect my order to arrive? Orders are processed upon receipt. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of goods.
· What about shipping? We currently ship to the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. All orders are shipped by UPS or US Postal Service. WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES!
· What if my merchandise is damaged or defective? If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will gladly exchange or replace the product you ordered.
· Do you sell wholesale? We will accept wholesale orders on a limited basis. You must be able to provide us with a current copy of your state-issued Resale Tax Certificate. Please inquire in writing or email for conditions and prices.
